We Don't Want You to Miss Anything!
Instructions for using hearing assistance technology
We want everyone to hear our services clearly. We utilize both Auracast broadcast system and a T-Coil (loop) system. We have two separate channels running depending on where you are sitting: one for the Congregation (Sanctuary) and one for the Fellowship Hall.
Whether you struggle to hear the
sermon or just want a little extra volume, this system is for you. Here are the
four ways you can connect.
Option 1: Direct Auracast Streaming
(For Newer Hearing Aids / CI Processor)
If you have newer hearing aids/cochlear implant (CI) processor fitted within the last couple of years, they might be "Auracast-ready." You can stream church audio directly into your ears without wearing a separate receiver device.
- Open your hearing aid / CI app on your smart phone.
- Go to the settings menu within this app and ensure the Auracast
setting is turned on. - At your app's home page, select either Congregation or Fellowship Hall depending on which room you are in to begin streaming /instantly hear the service.
- Most apps will give you an option to adjust the streaming volume to
your personal comfort level.
Option 2: T-Coil / Hearing Loop
Connection (For T-Coil Hearing Aids / CI Processor)
If your hearing aids / CI do not have Auracast but feature a T-Coil (Telecoil), you can still stream the service wirelessly depending on your location:
- In the Congregation (Sanctuary): This room is looped. Simply switch your hearing aid or cochlear implant to its "T-Coil" or "Loop" program to instantly hear the service.
- In the Fellowship Hall: Stop by the back sound station and pick up a pocket receiver. We have a separate, personal neck-loop that plugs directly into the receiver and syncs perfectly with your T-Coil.
Option 3: Borrow a Church Receiver
(For Anyone)
If you do not wear hearing aids, or if
your tech layout doesn't fit the wireless options above, you can borrow one of
our portable pocket receivers. We have multiple receivers available at each
location.
- Pick up a device: Pick up a receiver from the sound station located in the back of the Congregation or the back of the Fellowship Hall.
- Listen your way: Each receiver comes with a single-ear piece, or you can plug in your own favorite wired earbuds.
- Return after use: Please return the device to the sound station at the end of the service so it can be docked and charged for the next user.
Option 4: Stream to Personal Wireless
Earbuds (For Samsung Phone Users)
If you own a flagship Samsung smartphone released since 2023 updated to One UI 6.1 or newer, you can stream the church audio directly to compatible wireless earbuds (like the Galaxy Buds2 Pro, Galaxy Buds3, or Galaxy Buds3 Pro) without borrowing church equipment.

- Navigate to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
- Tap the More options menu (three vertical dots) in the
top-right corner. - Select Listen to Auracast broadcast (or Find Broadcasts).
- Select Congregation or Fellowship Hall from the list
to stream the service into your earbuds.
