We think about qualifications all the time…for jobs, to get on a team, to get into a college…for lots of things. What about service? Qualified to serve? That sounds crazy. You should just need to be willing. If you’re a follower of Jesus, He wants you serving and He does want you to be willing to serve, but before you do that, you do need to be qualified.
