UPCOMING OPPORTUNITIES
Hurricane Helene Recovery: December 27-28, 2024
We will be assisting with Hurricane Helene recovery at West Burnsville Baptist Church on December 27th and 28th, 2024. We will focus on rapid repairs for homes affected by the hurricane, making them safe and functional.
Participants must be in high school or older. Please sign up on the church website or through the Church Center app by December 24th. We currently have spots for 15 more people.

The Pregnancy Network is a Christian, multi-denominational organization seeking to serve women who need help facing their unplanned pregnancies without fear.
FAMILY ROOM
Family Room provides families that foster and the children in their care with resources they need, such as beds, clothes, toys, strollers, cribs, blankets, etc.
YOUTH FOR CHRIST
YFC is a movement that reaches young people everywhere with the hope of Christ. They work with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ, and commitment to social involvement.
URBAN MINISTRY
Urban Ministry’s mission is To express the love of God to our neighbors in need by offering food, shelter, and solutions. They provide opportunities for housing solutions, safe shelter, food, and support services year-round for residents of the greater Greensboro community.
INTERNATIONAL
WYCLIFFE
The mission of Wycliffe Bible Translators is to serve with the global body of Christ to advance Bible translation and work together so people can encounter God through his Word. We currently partner with Jason and Brenda Carwile as they work on the Pamosu translation project.
TRANS WORLD RADIO
Broadcasting since 1954, TWR is a global network of partnerships using media to take God’s Word to all nations, tongues, and tribes. Now, the gospel speaks 230+ languages on air, online, and on the ground in 190 countries thanks to the Lord’s work in their ministry! We currently partner with Grant and Jenna Hodgins as they serve in Guam.
Filter of Hope
Filter of Hope is an organization that is motivated by God’s love to help families throughout the world who are struggling with water-borne illnesses and experiencing spiritual darkness. Their goal is to see the end of the global water crisis. Beyond even that, they desire to see the fulfillment of Jesus’ Great Commission. Gate City is working with Filter of Hope in Havana, Cuba.
Feed the hunger
Using their reliable global partnerships, Feed the Hunger identifies vulnerable children at risk of starvation or malnutrition, provides immediate nutritional resources, and invests in their long-term success through education and spiritual growth.
nORTH AMERICAN MISSION BOARD
The North American Mission Board (NAMB) comes alongside SBC churches to take the gospel to the 281 million without Christ across the U.S. and Canada.
INTERNATIONAL MISSION BOARD
The International Mission Board serves Southern Baptists in carrying out the Great Commission to make disciples of all nations. We want to see a multitude from every language, people, tribe, and nation knowing and worshiping our Lord Jesus Christ.
